II. Recruiting Position
Management Trainee (University Recruitment Program)
Job Responsibilities :
1. Project Business Support: Assist the Chinese team in coordinating cooperation projects with Kazakhstan and Russian-speaking regions, monitor project progress, coordinate internal and external resources, and ensure smooth project implementation;
2. Translation and Communication Support: Responsible for providing Russian/Kazakh interpretation and translation services for daily business meetings, negotiations, emails, and documents to ensure accurate information exchange between Chinese and international parties.
3. Customer and Partner Relations Management: Assist in maintaining strong relationships with Kazakhstani customers, suppliers, and partner organizations, and handle daily business inquiries and feedback;
4. Procurement support tasks: Based on project requirements, assist in preparing procurement requests, issuing orders, and tracking material arrivals for designated items; coordinate handling of material quality issues and returns/exchanges.
5. Business Document Management: Responsible for organizing, archiving, translating, and backing up project-related documents such as contracts, agreements, quotations, and orders;
6. Travel and conference support: Accompany Chinese teams on business trips to Kazakhstan or other cities in China as needed, assisting with itinerary planning, meeting arrangements, and on-site translation services.
Job requirements :
1. Nationality requirement: International students must hold Kazakhstani or Russian citizenship;
2. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher; applicants must be graduates of the class of 2026.
3. Gender requirement: Male
4. Language proficiency: Russian or Kazakh as a native language or at near-native level; fluent Chinese (HSK Level 4 or above preferred); candidates with basic English skills are preferred.
5. Academic Requirements: Candidates with majors in International Trade, Business Management, Russian/Kazakh Language Studies, Economics, Logistics Management, or related fields will be given priority.
6. Comprehensive Competencies: Possesses strong cross-cultural communication skills, teamwork awareness, and learning ability; demonstrates keen interest in business project operations; exhibits a strong sense of responsibility; and is capable of adapting to periodic business trips.
